Please read these Terms of Service before using ulives. By downloading, installing, or using ulives on any supported platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

ulives is a gamified personal productivity app for tasks, habits, focus sessions, and rewards. We may offer it through Apple App Store, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, and other channels we enable. Features can differ by platform and version.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, use ulives only with a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Your Content and Data

You keep ownership of the content you create in ulives, such as tasks, notes, items, and similar records. That data is stored primarily on your device.

Optional backup or sync (for example iCloud, Google Drive, or a local export) uses the platform service you choose. We do not operate a general-purpose cloud account for your task data, and we cannot access backups stored in your own cloud account.

4. Purchases

Paid features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are billed by the store you use, such as Apple, Google, or Huawei. That store’s payment, refund, and cancellation rules apply. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ulives for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell the app, or reverse engineer or misuse it except as allowed by law.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use ulives to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

7. Third-Party Services

ulives may rely on platform services such as store billing, optional cloud backup, and crash reporting. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer

ulives is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. It is a productivity tool, not professional advice. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of ulives. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last Updated” date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
